This research aims to analyze the various styles of questioning (أساليب الاستفهام) found in the Quran, specifically in the thirtieth juz, using a qualitative-descriptive approach based on the Ilm Al-Balaghah. The data collection method employed is documentation, involving the gathering of relevant literary sources pertaining to the research topic. The collected data will be qualitatively analyzed through content analysis. The research findings reveal that there are 22 surahs in the thirtieth juz that contain diverse types of questioning styles, including استفهام تفخيم الشأن (questioning for emphasis), استفهام تقرير وامتنان (questioning for reporting and gratitude), استفهام الإنكار والتهكم (questioning for denial and ridicule), استفهام الإنكار والاستبعاد (questioning for negation and exclusion), استفهام التشويق (questioning for intrigue), استفهام العرض مشوباً بالترغيب (questioning with an element of persuasion), استفهام الإنكار والتقرير (questioning for denial and affirmation), استفهام الإنكار والتعنت (questioning for denial and stubbornness), استفهام النفى (questioning for negation), and استفهام تعجب (questioning for wonderment). This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the usage of questioning styles (أساليب الاستفهام) in the Quran, particularly within the thirtieth juz. The anticipated outcomes of this study are expected to provide new insights in the field of rhetoric and enrich the literature on the linguistic styles employed in the Quran.
