In Indonesia, the Constitutional Court carries out the mechanism for resolving disputes over election results. However, the effectiveness of the dispute resolution process still needs to be critically evaluated. This article will discuss the mechanism for resolving disputes over general election results in Indonesia, evaluate the effectiveness of dispute resolution by the Constitutional Court, and explore the ideal concept of resolving disputes over general election results in Indonesia from the perspective of ius constituent-dum and siyasah fiqh.
