Abstract
This study aims to: a) find out the management of facilities and infrastructure planning at SMA Negeri 7 Sinjai, Sinjai Regency, b) find out the management of procurement of facilities and infrastructure at SMA Negeri 7 Sinjai, Sinjai Regency, c) find out the management of recording facilities and infrastructure at SMA Negeri 7 Sinjai Sinjai Regency, d) knowing the management of the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure at SMA Negeri 7 Sinjai, Sinjai Regency, e) knowing the management of the elimination of facilities and infrastructure at SMA Negeri 7 Sinjai, Sinjai Regency, and f) knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management in SMA Negeri 7 Sinjai, Sinjai Regency.This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data sources consisting of primary data and secondary data. Data was collected by interview and documentation methods. Data analysis in this study was carried out by reducing data, presenting research data, and verifying data.The results of this study show a description of the Implementation of Facilities and Infrastructure Management at SMA Negeri 7 Sinjai Kab. Sinjai includes a) management of facilities and infrastructure planning at SMA Negeri 7 Sinjai, Sinjai Regency, b) management of procurement of facilities and infrastructure at SMA Negeri 7 Sinjai, Sinjai Regency, c) management of recording facilities and infrastructure at SMA Negeri 7 Sinjai, Sinjai Regency, d) management maintenance of facilities and infrastructure at SMA Negeri 7 Sinjai, Sinjai Regency, e) management of the elimination of facilities and infrastructure at SMA Negeri 7 Sinjai, Sinjai Regency and f) factors. supporters and obstacles to the implementation of school facilities and infrastructure management at SMA Negeri 7 Sinjai, Sinjai Regency.The implications of this research are: a) It is expected that the principal as a leader in the school will improve again and pay attention to the management of school facilities and infrastructure so that it can be achieved properly, b) It is expected that the Deputy Principal for facilities and infrastructure will pay more attention to the process of implementing the management of facilities and infrastructure so that it is in accordance with the expected educational goals, c) It is expected that the administrative section (TU) will continue to pay attention to what facilities and infrastructure are lacking in schools so that they can be planned and held in order to support the learning process in schools, d) It is expected that students quru in the SMA Negeri 7 Sinjai school to pay attention to their students to use school facilities and infrastructure according to their functions and uses in school.
